# The Team: A Bridge of Peace

Two Worlds, One Vision Yael works in high-tech in the heart of Tel Aviv. Ziad was working on a project nearby. What began as a polite "hello" during a break turned into daily conversations about family, hopes, and the stress of life in this land. They realized they shared far more common ground than differences. This connection led them to join forces, not just as friends, but as tech pioneers and activists.

Yael Rosen | Tech Executive (Tel Aviv) An experienced leader in the Israeli startup ecosystem. Yael understood that Israel's economic miracle shouldn't stop at the border—it must be the engine for regional stability and shared prosperity.

Ziad Al-Karim | Entrepreneur (Nablus) A businessman and community builder. Ziad knew firsthand that while politics often fail, business partnerships and financial bridges built on mutual respect can last forever.

The Movement: Standing Together Their friendship inspired them to become active leaders in "Standing Together" (Omdim Beyachad), a grassroots movement mobilizing Jewish and Palestinian citizens to fight for peace, equality, and social justice.

$RLIL is the economic and technological extension of this exact spirit.
